Item is 21' from top of link on top to bottom where basket is attached. Item is 15.5" in diameter and approximately 4" deep. Arm moves when bottom (where basket is to be attached) is pulled. All the items will come as shown in the pictures so make sure to look at them to see exactly what you are bidding on. I am not an expert on the items so i have taken a lot of pictures to show what it is. If you have any questions, please ask before bidding/purchasing.
