I...t is unsigned.
It is irregular in shape. It measures 6" across the longest part, and 5" across the widest part. The plate does not have a flat bottom; it is entirely curved.
The image features a modern stylized red lobster, four small fish in blue, red and sea foam green, and a blue and red flower. The background is a mix of dark blue and sea foam green.
The overall condition is good. There is a scrape to the enamel on the upper left corner, and some surface scratches from use/ storage.
