FAQ’s Can You Provide Extra Images Of The Item? Once our items are listed on eBay they are placed in storage to keep them safe until auction end. This means that we are unable to take extra images if requested.
Do You Accept Buy It Now Prices? We do not accept Buy It Now prices and it is BHF's eBay policy to let all auctions run their course.
Can I View Before Bidding? Based on eBay’s ‘selling outside eBay’ policy, unfortunately we cannot allow customers to view items for sale prior to purchase.
Can I Pay Cash? We only accept payment via PayPal. One off payments can be made using your credit/debit card via PayPal.
Do You Combine Invoices? All multiple invoices are automatically combined the following working day after auction end. Please note, we only combine items based on weight and size and it isn’t always possible to combine larger items into 1 box.

Payment We ask that payment is made within 7 days of the auction ending via PayPal.
Delivery We will despatch items within 2 working days of receiving payment via the shipping method outlined on your invoice. Once your item is marked as dispatched it can take up to 2 working days for your tracking to update on eBay. If we think your item requires additional tracking, we may upgrade the service for you. Returns and Refunds We accept all returns within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us for help or open a return via the eBay returns centre if you would like to return your item. In the rare event that an item is damaged in transit the process couldn’t be simpler. If possible, send us a photo of the item in the received condition and we will contact your to resolve the issue. Alternatively, please return the item using our freepost service and we will credit your PayPal account within 2-3 working day of receiving the returned item. Once an item is received at our office, a refund will be processed via PayPal to the original account used, within 2 working days.
