Got this some time ago from Andy Anderson himself, who autographed his books in person.

Yes, international shipping from the USA to the rest of the world is high as US postage is a lot higher than anywhere else and i pack well and use official record mailers & packaging materials. If you are based in foreign country and want me to send the item to an USA address to save on shipping, please contact EBAY and set up a US address before the auction ends. We gladly ship it within the USA but one has to have their US address in order before the auction ends.
