This has been a wonderful luxury watch that I’ve worn for over a year and a half now. It’s in very good condition with minor wear to the strap and some minor micro scratches on the polished case, that could be polished out easily. The bezel and Sapphire glass is unmarked. This watch is the ...same quality as Omega Tudor and I’d go as far to say some Rolex watches. So it’s a heck of a bargain! Im very sad to part with the watch.
The issue:It has the well known ETA 7750 formally known as the Valjoux 7750 and is a superb Chronograph movement. However it’s ready for a service, but I have no time to get it serviced/repaired due to health problems and am only selling it to help with medical bills. When wound it works and keeps time relatively well, and the chronograph works perfectly and bounces back to zero immediately! But it should work without winding really, and I do not hear the rotor spinning when I listen to the movement, which is usually as sign that it needs a simple oil service, but I’m no expert and it might need a repair of some sort? The warranty card is stamped December 2019 and it says it has a 2 year guarantee, so that may be worth looking into? But I cannot guarantee that will work. If it was me and I had a decent local watchmaker, I’d just take it there and have it looked at so that beautiful exclusive luxury Eberhard will work like it should again!
