This is another one of my "Hubby's collectible bottles.
This one is 5.5" x 1 3/4" x 1" and had a stopper or cork at one time.
It t has embossed letters on front:DR. BELL'SPINE-TAR-HONEYFOR COUGHS AND COLDS
On the bottom of the bottle is a raised diamond shape.
There are several marks at the bottom that look like wrinkles.(photo 10)
