Minute Repeater Watch Movement Only Possibly Patek Philippe 43mm

Offered here is a vintage, high grade minute repeater pocket watch movement in excellent condition. The highly jeweled movement is 43mm in diameter. It has no maker name on it, but someone may be able to identify the maker by the serial number or plate layout. There is another almost identical movement on eBay at present which the seller has attributed to Patek. (Ebay item number: 255001506167) The balance has good motion. I cannot wind it, as there is no st...em nor crown, but I am certain that it ran when removed from its gold case 40+ years ago. The chimes are functioning. Currently when the lever is drawn, the watch chimes twice for the hour, then a single double chime for the first quarter, and finally 4 times for minutes. Lovely tone.
