This is a great vintage McCoy mixing bowl #12. It is in very good used condition. The glaze is shiny and bright. There is some significant age related crazing to both the inside and the out of the bowl, and a tiny nick to the rim, actually looks like a small glaze pop under magnification. Also please check out the pictures of the bottom of the bowl. It looks and feels like crazing, but I am not 100% sure there is not a tiny hairline in that area. It ...does not feel or sound like there is any compromise but want everyone to be aware. There is also a little missed glazed in the pink band in one place. These bowls at the time were considered utilitarian, now we like to look at them as almost art! How things change!! It is actually a gorgeous bowl and displays wonderfully. The bowl measures 12 inches in diameter and stands 6 1/2 inches tall. It is a heavy bowl weighing a little over 6 pounds before packaging. I do have other pieces that I obtained at a local auction in case one is interested.
