WW2: 6x TORQUAY, PAVILION THEATRE PROGRAMMES, 1944 (Air Raid Warning Note) Click images to enlarge ... Description Six small bi-fold theatre programmes for the Pavilion Theatre, Torquay, for the weeks commencing: 19th June 1944, 7th August, 14th August, 21st August, 28th August 1944 and 25th September 1944. On the front cover at the bottom is a note explaining that the theatre has air raid warning lights, should an air raid occur during a performance (the June programme has the note inside).Condition / Defects:Five are in very good clean condition; they have all been folded in half and they still retain most of the original coloured seals. The June programme has tears at the folds (approx halfway up on the left fold and a short tear on the bottom of the other fold) and is a little creased and has some inked notes on the front.Please supersize the photos to see better.Dimensions:Approx: opened 7½" x 10" (190mm x 254mm).******************
