A fabulous vintage Fenton stretch glass console bowl & underplate, in the desirable "Persian Pearl" colorway. Dates to the c.1920-193s era; fresh from an excellent local estate collection. Fenton pattern #1562, a centerpiece bowl & underplate/ tray set known as a "banana boat". Skillfully crafted, with a bold, graceful form & an elegant finish that gleams with lustrous iridescence when held to light. The bowl measures 13 3/4" long; the underplate is 15 1/8" long. Both are in very good... to excellent condition for their age. Carefully stored & treasured by the previous owner; clean & ready for use or display.
