I have decided it is time to sell some of my Pokemon and Yugioh collection. Listed is a PSA Gem Mint 10 1st edition secret rare Shining Mewtwo from the Neo Destiny Set. The Neo Destiny set, from Wizards of the Coast, is considered to be second to base set in terms of quality and value. In-particular, this was the first Pokemon TCG set to introduce shining cards.
