POSTAL SERVICES AND COMBINED CARRIAGE
All UK and Northern Ireland deliveries will be sent via Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked postage; this is not a signed-for service but is fully trackable.
International deliveries are sent via the cheapest available method at the time of postage. This is an economy service to keep costs reasonable for you.
If you’re in the UK and you’d like to buy more than one item from us we will combine your postage costs. You’ll simply pay the full price for your first item, then an extra £1.00 per additional item. Please note combined shipping is a service only available for UK deliveries.
DISPATCH
Items will be dispatched the next working day. Items purchased Friday-Sunday will be sent on Monday as per this process. Orders placed before 12pm GMT Monday-Friday tend to be sent the same day.
Tracking information will be automatically uploaded to you when your item has been dispatched.
NON-DELIVERY
In the rare event your item doesn’t reach you we will endeavour to help. Once items leave us they’re in the care of the delivery agent - if they fail to get your package to you we will refund you 7 days after the latest advised delivery date, eg. due delivery March 4th you will receive your refund March 11th.
If the tracking information states the parcel is confirmed as being delivered we will not offer a refund on the item, as per eBay’s policies. If you need any advice on this please don’t hesitate to send us a message.
RETURNS
We accept returns that are delivered back to us within 30 days. This is in line with both eBay’s and international selling agreements. If you need to return an item to us please send us a message and we’ll advise on how to send your item back.
ITEMS NOT AS DESCRIBED
If you receive an item that’s not as described in the listing and wish to send it back we will pay for your return postage. Please send us a message and we will be happy to advise on this process.
Please note: Abuse of this system will not be tolerated by ourselves or by eBay. If we receive your item back and find it to be as described in the listing we will not issue your return carriage costs and you will be reported to eBay.
