Up for sale is a CHILD'S PLAY Screen Used Kaslan Data Hub Face Prop. This is an authentic screen used movie prop used in the making of Childs Play. This is seen on screen, and is one of the very few death scene props they sold. This was used in Gabe's death scene when (spoiler alert) the heat gets turned up on the Kaslan hub and Gabe falls into the table saw. I believe they glued a phone to the back of it to make it appear to be working. This is just the Kaslan Hub face, no electronics are included, it is just as I received it.This was used in the newest Child's Play movie from 2019. I believe this was the one they used for the close up on the front of the hub (its shown in some of the movie trailers when the heat goes up) since it is just the face to a hub. The prop hub face measures roughly 8.25 inch by 3/8 inch. It is made from acrylic I believe. It has production used wear (scuffs etc) there is glue on the back where I believe they attached a phone to display the needed graphics during filming. It has been stored in a glass display since I purchased it and remains in the exact condition I received it. I bought this in a lot directly from the official Childs Play auction done by VIP auctions and Orion Pictures, with another full hub. Since I am keeping the other props in this lot I am keeping the original COA and tape with the scenes written on it shown in the 2nd pic, but I will send a printed copy of the COA and the piece of tape with the writing. The tape was attached to the plastic bag the hubs were shipped to me in. The bag had tears in it, so I just cut the part with the tape and kept it since it shows what scenes the hubs were used in. As further proof od authenticity, if you look far enough back on my feedback as a buyer, you will see the feedback from VIP auctions that match up with the time of the original Childs Play prop auction. This is 100% authentic.I've seen random background props selling for hundreds of dollars and other random stuff sell for over a thousand dollars. This is a key prop clearly shown on screen, and part of a major death scene in the movie, not just a random background prop. So I priced it comparably to other props Ive seen sell... But I will accept reasonable offers and work with you on the price so feel free to make an offer. This would make an amazing and unique gift to any horror movie fan. Or a great addition to your collection. Im trying to thin out my collection some and get some extra gift money.
