This listing is for a lot of two editions of Haruki Murakami’s “The Wind-Up Bird Chronicle”, published by Knopf in 1997—one signed by the book designer, Chip Kidd. You will receive both books; those pictured here. Included are:1) The uncorrected proof copy of the first edition, in light green card wraps. A little bit worn, and some sticker residue to cover, but quite nice shape overall.2) Advance excerpts from the first edition. A slim volume containing a handful of chapters as... a preview. There is a fold-out green tab page in the middle that is a bit creased and worn, as usually found to be the case. Designer Chip Kidd has signed this volume, at the back, where his design credit is.
