(#107) Offered is a very good full number line, stated first edition of Moreta: Dragonlady of Pern by Anne McCaffrey, part of the well loved Pern series. This copy has minor edgewear and bumping to the bottom of the spine. There is mild to moderate soiling on the outside page edges (looks like old dust), the first free end page has 3 initials pressed in very small letters at the top and some smudges. The book is not price clipped or remainder marked. ... The text pages have no writing, marks or tears. The jacket art is by Michael Whelan and is actually much more vibrant than appears in my dull pics. It is signed on the title page, with dedication, by both Anne McCaffrey and Michael Whelan! Will be shipped well padded in a box.

There are postage charges and the cost of supplies needed which I cannot buy in bulk or wholesale, however, I will combine shipping for purchases of more than one book in a single transaction. Also: As I state on my store's homepage, my books come from many different sources and I cannot possibly guarantee they have never been exposed to pets or smoke and as I have chronic sinus problems, my nose doesn't work as well as it should but it has been rare to receive a comment that a book smelled smoky. If this is a problem for you then I would sincerely suggest you do not buy used or vintage items. Only a new book seller can make such guarantees. I try to describe as correctly as I can but there is always a possibility I could overlook a flaw. If you have a problem with a book you purchased from me, please, contact me. I will accept a return for an item that was not described accurately (as far as actual physical damage). Return postage is at the buyers expense and when I receive the item back a refund will be made.
I have noticed that many of the bulk sellers of used / vintage books barely post any description of a book at all, many only use stock photos, some do not even promise to send you any particular edition of a book, as long as it is the correct title, may or may not be ex-library, etc. The pictures I post are of the book you will get, the descriptions are of the actual book. I would not replace anything without consulting the buyer first of all and have never needed to do so.
