Four Seasons - Spring
A gorgeous Norwegian enamel and silver brooch designed by Thorbjorn Lie-Jorgensen in 1959 for David-Andersen. This is 'spring' of the Four Seasons series. The silver is textured under translucent enamel, brilliant tones of blue with gold and brown. Signed on the back, "David-Andersen, Norway sterling, 925S." Modernist styling and fine craftsmanship; a great piece for the collector.
