Holden At Taunton Do Prosecute an Appeal By him the sd Daniel Jr This Day made by a Sentence Given against Him Daniel Jr by Me the sd Justice Which was To pay of $4 FOR BREACH OF SABATH & Cost of Prosecution Taxed at $4.92 Cents. and then Shall Do which sd Court Shall Then & There Be Enjoined and Not depart Without License The The above Written Recognizance to Be Void and of non Affect otherwise To abide in Full Force Power and Virtue Recognizance before Me Isaac Dean Justice of the Peace.
