Conrad Johnson PV - 12L

The legendary high end preamp from Conrad Johnson, PV-12L (line stage) Tube Preamp! Wonderful rich, warm sound quality. Everything works as it should, no noise in any control, all inputs are clean and switch perfectly. The tubes installed currently are Tung Sol Black Sable which will add a dreamy, rich midrange along with tight bass and clean treble. I also have used the Russian made Genalex Gold Lion tubes, which are also INCLUDED. They will add a slight bass boost and treble increase... while giving you the dreamy midrange before mentioned. It is really a general preference of what you like. Switching them out is as simple as removing the top cover and pull the old tubes out and replace them with the new ones.Condition is 8/10, it is 25 years old, but very little wear to the case and the front panel looks excellent. Inside, the caps look new and its very clean. This one does not include the optional phono stage. It will be packed extremely well!
