1953 Mullard ECC32/CV181, smoked envelope, brown base with black plates, copper grid posts and square getter halo.
1185 B3 date code: Mullard Blackburn Plant, Great Britain, 1953.
Tested for hot/cold shorts, plate current, transconductance and gas on an AVO CT-160 tester, heater brought up slowly and allowed to stabilize before applying B supply voltage, tube was left to cool before being removed.
This tube test...s over 100% with perfect section balance (100% = 2.3mA/V @ 6.0mA):
T1: 2.5mA/V @ 7.0mA
T2: 2.5mA/V @ 7.0mA
