This is built with Philco DTL small scale integrated circuits. The chips have date codes from 1969 and 1970.It uses 12 Nixie tubes and can display 24 digits using the up and down arrow key to switch between sets of 12 digits.It uses a delay line for memory.
You can set where the decimal point is by the .DEC SET key. You press that key, then the number where you want th...edecimal point to be, then press the .DEC SET key again.
I've played with it a bit, the four standard functions seem to work OK, but it's not fully tested.
I don't have the original power cord but a standard computer type IEC cord fits OK.
Because it is 50+ years old, I'm selling it as-is.
