2 Antique Autograph Books. Late 1870 ' S And 1890 ' S.

These are two autograph books/albums from the 1870's and 1890's. Please see below for individual item description and condition of each book:
1. Leather cover with the embossed word "Album" on the front, each letter decorated like foliage. the book measures 4" wide x 6" long x 3/4" thick. The cover is very worn and the binding is separated. Several of the pages are loose. There are 4 loose pages with color images of nature. One of thes...e pages has about a 2" tear at the top, left. One page is a cute drawing of kids in a procession, each holding onto the one in front. This is annotated "Balto April 26, 1887". Other pages, all separated from the binding are addressed "To Rosa" with messages and notes. These are dated between 1878-79. There are still several blank pages in the book.
2. 1893 Autograph album with the leather cover almost completely worn away, leaving the cloth underlayment. This book measures 7-3/4" long x 5" wide x 3/4" thick. The binding is broken and almost separated from the pages. The 1st page is a sepia image of a female holding a book, and the word "Autographs". Notes throughout the book are from 1893. About 1/2 of the pages are blank. I could only find one "To" on a page, so I am not really sure to whom the book belonged.
