This is a concertina book usually known as a pillow book or Shunga, it seems to be either Chinese or Japanese in style. The ends of the book are cloth wrapped board and it folds out to reveal 10 erotic pictures. I don't think this is very old as the images seem to be reproductions of the original painitings but it is old. This is a interesting little curio for anyone that collects or is interested in thehistory of sex. PLEASE NOTE these are adult images so please do not complain if off...ended.
The end boards are a little worn and have marks on them from age . The edges are rubbed slightly and there is a couple of loose threads here and there but the insides are fine and there is no tears.
