I have NOT made any inventory of them, nor have I tested or used any of them.(There are NO floppy disk drives with this system)Power supply:It’s as I received it, with an external 25amp bridge rectifier for the +8v supply.
I updated all capacitor and replace with same size units, but with higher voltage and capacitance for better performance and reliability.
I replaced the dead fan.
For safety, I added a primary power fuse socket in power supply area, to replace open fuse socket, I also added a protection cover over power terminal strip.
Older power distribution wires were replaced.Mother Board:It’s as I received it with a Processor Technology MB-1 (5), terminated mother board. A few slots look to need some TLC, but there lots of slots.Chassis:Front panel is very clean and is in excellent condition, no scratches or marks. External case is clean with some normal wear and tear, some aluminum shows through the paint in wear spots on the edges, but it’s generally in excellent condition for its age. Bottom panel has some light scratches in the paint..
Rubber feet were replaced.Front Panel:Power switch on front panel has a dab of RTV on contacts for safety. A few LED have been replaced.
Very clean with some normal wear and tear.Reference:(1) http://www.s100computers.com/(2) https://groups.google.com/g/s100computers(3) http://www.s100computers.com/My%20System%20Pages/8080%20CPU%20Board/8080%20CPU%20Board.htm(4) http://www.s100computers.com/My%20System%20Pages/Console%20IO%20Board/Console%20IO%20Board.htm(5) https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=&ved=2ahUKEwjMwcfX_djxAhUP-Z4KHdm3CMY4ChAWMAN6BAgCEAM&url=http%3A%2F%2Fvintagecomputer.ca%2Ffiles%2FProcessor%2520Technology%2FProcessor%2520Technology%2520MB-1%2520Mother%2520Board%2520Technical%2520Manual.pdf&usg=AOvVaw1VG6QRGrmpDTybgX3i_KLZ(6) http://www.retrotechnology.com/herbs_stuff/d_altair.html(7) http://ferretronix.com/march/altair/
