Up for sale is for a Limited Edition Pink Splendour Barbie from 1996. Pink Splendor is known as the most expensive manufactured Barbie.
Barbies golden hair is in a dramatic updo and her pale pink silk-satin gown has an exquisite beaded bodice accented with 24 karat gold-plated thread. Its billowing skirt is trimmed in delicate glittering lace with a wide pink ribbon forming a bow in the back that flows down into a sumptuous train. The back of the gown is adorned with graceful ...pink roses. Elaborate Swarovski crystal jewelry adds to her regal charm. Accessories include pink silk panties, iridescent stockings and pink garters. Her gold shoes are still sealed in their original packaging. She measures about 17" high from the top of her updo to the front hem of her dress. A gold stand is included.
