Please be aware that I can usually only post once a week.For auction here is this beautiful, 1st quality Royal Crown Derby tea set in the fully covered Old Imari pattern (#1128). The set is all finely hand-painted ...and hand-gilt, both inside and out, with a traditional Imari pattern. The trios are fully marked and date from the 1930s.
If fully decorated trios such as these were available new today, they would cost at least £2500 to buy. This is a terrific opportunity to purchase this fully covered tea ware at a great price.
This is a 1st quality set, which comprises of:
6 cups (2 1/4" high and 3 5/8" in diameter)6 saucers (5 1/2" in diameter)6 plates (6" in diameter)
The set is in very good to excellent condition. There is very minimal rubbing to a small area of gilding on two plates (see photo 6). Please view all photos, as these form part of the description.
Overseas postage is via courier in one box or by ISF Registered Airmail in two boxes.
