Condition: Seen only with 10x magnification the stone has a few minute surface abrasions (nothing serious). Gold setting shows some light surface wear that a buff from a jeweler would remedy & the ring shank is out of round.

Additional Info: 95% of all colored gemstones are low heat treated to improve color and clarity. It is usually done to the gem rough before leaving the country of origin and before the stones have been cut and polished. This practice has been done for centuries and is considered common practice in the gem industry. Only gemological testing can determine whether a stone has been heat-treated or not.
