This is extremely rare and hard to find.
Overall, the book is in good condition. It does have some creasing along the spine, as well as shelf wear and cover wear along the spine. There are some creases on the cover and a shop address inscribed on the inside flap. All pages are intact, none loose. Please see all pictures for details.
