Please note that the working detector in the pictures is what I’m selling, but the detector is now being sold for parts and as-is due to it no longer coming with the sensor head (search coil).
This auction is for one used US Military AN/PSS-12 Working Mine Detector Set with a bag, case, and the accessories and documentation pictured. While the detector works, since I can’t guarantee that it will keep working or for how long it will work, I’m selling it as/is and/or for parts.... According to the documentation, the mine detector set without the hard case cost the military about $1500 give or take a few hundred dollars. This particular set was used to detect mines in the Middle East, but I’m not sure about the specific details of where or for how long it was used.
