Vintage Homelite XL - 925 Chainsaw

Vintage Homelite Super XL-925 Chainsaw For Parts Or Repair. Condition is For parts or not in working condition, I bought this from an older man who said it had been awhile since it had been started, it might start, when I got this there was not any fuel in the tank and I decided to sell as listed, this chainsaw looks good and don’t appear to have been used much if any, has about all the paint except the chain cover the paint is not real good, I have not tried to start this but it doe...s appear to have a lot of compression comes with the bar and chain removed and packaged separately in the same carton the groove on the bar needs cleaning, this has a real heavy gauge chain as shown in pics, I did not put any fuel in so I’m selling as-is, as-pictured , see pics for more details of this vintage item thanks and see my other items.......On Jul-08-19 at 05:39:05 PDT, seller added the following information:THIS SAW IS VERY CLEAN IT WAS THIS WAY WHEN FOUND, THE ONLY THING I DID WAS RUBED IT OFF WITH WINDEX AND A RAG OLDER GENTLEMAN OWNED THIS HE LIVED IN THE BLUE RIDGE MOUNTAINS OF NORTH CAROLINA AND SAID IT WAS HIS PERSONAL CHAINSAW AND WAS DOING A CLEANUP OF HIS SHOP HE TOLD ME HE HAD NOT STARTED IN IN A GOOD WHILE JUST DIDN’T NEED IT ANYMORE IT IS A REAL NICE SAW AND SHOULD BE A EASY FIX OR RESTORE THANKS FOR LOOKING
