This auction is for a vintage McIntosh C24 stereo preamplifier.
The C24 is in excellent condition with all inputs and controls working and sounding great.
The faceplate is clean with just a little lettering missing by the power switch. The case is clean with just a couple light scratches.
Most of the capacitors on the boards have been replaced with modern "audio grade" caps.
There is a very slight hiss when the volume is at 12 o'clock with no signal. This is not audible at ...all with anything playing. This would likely be cleared up if the last few caps were replaced.
