You are bidding on a fantastic piece of antique stoneware. This piece features the blue banded edges with advertising from Fithian Illinois. Advertisement is for Frank A. Brown.... general merchandise. Very rare piece in overall excellent near mint condition. Typical minor glaze skip noted in the picture. I am certain this is from production and ...the firing process and not post production damage. No chips cracks or hairlines. Comes with what I believe to be the original wood rolling handle. The threads have been stripped from one side so that end slides off easily. This piece is 8 in Long and 3 in in diameter.
