This cue came from one of the estates we purchased in Boston Massachusetts several years ago. The gentleman we dealt with clames his billiard inventory has been stored for 30+ years, and belonged to his deceased father, who had purchased many items from a local pool room (many years ago, ) that did a lot of business with the late George Balabushka. I am not claiming this is an actual Balabushka, just giving you the information that was given to me. After uncovering the cue from cobwebs... and dust, we removed from suitcases, (carefully kept in plastic holders, ) surprisingly, shafts are a "10" on a 1-10 scale, and the cue seems to have a minimal roll at the joint, but it's as solid as they come.
