This is a unique opportunity. This is a Moon and Star cruet pitcher made by LG Wright. The color is cranberry with a clear handle and clear stopper. The stopper has not been ground. The exact item you will receive is pictured and was a SAMPLE TEST PIECE for the company. This piece has been in a very special collection since it came directly from the home of LG Wright. Many people in the world of Moon and Star glass have heard of or knew a special collector by the name... of Barbara Jeffries. She was a pioneer in the Moon and Star Glass Club. This cruet was one of her prized pieces. I am selling the cruet directly out of her collection. This piece is in great shape. To my knowledge it is in the same condition that it came from LG Wright. I can't describe them very well but the are a 3 little marks on the surface of the glass. Almost like a gouge that you can catch with your fingernail. They are pictured with arrows showing what I am talking about. Approximately 5 1/4 inches tall without the stopper. 6 3/4 inches tall with the stopper. 3 1/2 inches wide with the handle. This TEST PIECE is sold as is in its current condition with no reserve. Payment is due within 3 days of auction end. I will ship the cruet to you otherwise will hand deliver to the Moon and Star annual convention (Fostoria Glass Show)June 7-9 2019 in Moundsville West Virginia.
