Rare set of 65 color Kodachrome 35mm slides taken on board the SS Unites States when the ship was open for tours at the time of the auction of her fittings in October 1984. Slides are dated Oct 1984.
Included are a variety of exterior and interior views, as well as several slides taken in the late 1960's while the ship was in service still. I have scanned a few samples of some of the slides. These have not been corrected for color or lighting.
