IF the card listed is Raw (Not Graded), odds are it is NOT in Gem Mint (BGS 9.5/PSA 10) condition. I Doubt that raw would be any worse than an 8.5-9 (and could still grade 9.5/10) if you were to grade, but it's safer for buyer and seller to assume there may be condition issues. THANK YOU!!
