This Conn New Wonder Transitional Model tenor sax was madein the early 1930's according to its serial number (#251xxx). It's in goodmechanical condition. At some point it was relacquered, and as part of thatprocess it was buffed rather heavily, obscuring the logo on the bell. But thelacquer has stayed intact, and this horn generally looks good.We definitely recommend that this instrument be repadded tobe restored to good playing condition. All the pads in it are old, and the lowD and C... pads are missing.The Conn New Wonder II is known for its full, rich, dark andpowerful sound. A true legend of the industry!This instrument does not have a case. We are selling thisinstrument as-is.All reasonable offers considered.Please ask anyquestions prior to purchase.
