I wish to offer, from my personal collection an antique Russian samovar by VORONTSOV, DMITRIY OSIPOVICH from Tula, who made samovars from 1870 to beginning of 1900s. This is a medium size samovar. I am including a marked two handled tray, a drip bowl and tea pot. The overall condition is very good with some minor issues that don’t take away from the overall appearance or usability of this piece. The chimney cover is missing it’s knob and I believe that the knobs on the cover plate ...are replacements from some time ago. The overall measurements are approximately 22” tall with tea pot or approximately 18” tall without. The tray is small but perfect for this setup. The drip bowl is in really great condition and the tea pot is a later addition. The body of the samovar has the mark for Vorontsov, D. O. Factory as well as the cover lid. This piece has the usual dents and repairs for a piece this old, but makes a wonderful display piece. One note of interest. This piece has a small leak in the bottom of the barrel and will need attention if you are to use this samovar.
