PLEASE READ THESE MEASUREMENTS CAREFULLY.THIS IS HOW WE TAKE OUR MEASUREMENTS;FOR THE DIAMETER: WE PLACE THE CALIPER AT THE CENTER IN THE MIDDLE OF THE FRAME AT THE CROWN (CROWN NOT INCLUDED)FOR THE LENGTH: WE PLACE THE CALIPER AT THE TIP OF THE TOP LUG TO THE TIP OF THE BOTTOM LUG When we state that a dial has been refinished, it means that the original dial, which was worn, has been cleaned and r...e painted to as close to it’s original condition as possible.
MEASUREMENTS: 32.9 MM (without crown) 40. mm approx. (lug to lug). Dial: Silver sunburst dial, black painted numbers, recessed golden batons, signed Girard Perregaux Alarm. Golden/black hands with minor wear, golden sweep hand, with minor wear, still in good condition. Blue steel alarm hand, in good condition. Dial re finished. Slight smudge in the black paint at the 12 o'clock marker. Overall condition is very good.Crystal; acrylic, good condition.Movement : Manual wind Girard Perregaux 17 Jewels Unadjusted Swiss , in good condition. INSTRUCTIONS: Operating Instruction:
Wind watch: crown at 4h.
Set time: pull crown at 4h and set time. If you set the time reverse and pass the alarm time, this will be set reverse simultaneously.
Wind alarm: crown at 2h.
Set alarm: pull crown at 2h and set alarm time. The alarm time can only be set reverse, setting forward is inhibited by a freewheel.
Enable alarm: pull crown at 2h.
Disable alarm: push crown at 2h.ALARM SOUNDS LOUD 2 CROWNS: chrome, unmarked, in good condition. CASE and frame: STAINLESS STEEL back cover, frame chrome plated ( re done ), in good condition. Minor Surface scratches from normal wear.
Hallmarks: Inside cover: Girard Perregaux 1791 Swiss and GP logo .OUTSIDE back cover :Swiss Made, Stainless Steel Back, Incabloc Waterproof (NOT TESTED) Brevet + AS 6002/2
Overall condition is very good. Vintage watches can vary 1- 3+/- minutes per day. Comes with a new, inexpensive black leather band (18-MM). YOU ARE BIDDING ON THE WATCH ONLY, THE BAND IS FREE. The large, clear unaltered pictures are an important part of the description. Please look carefully.
