Antique Pair of 1900 - 1904 Spalding Reed Padded Football Pants Old. Very good condition, with only a couple of spots of damage from use, and storage.They are stained also, from use.The waist is 30-32" and the inseam is 28".The padding on the thighs is reed, as shown in the photos, sewn into the canvas.The lower padding is unknown to me, but is still there with no damage or loss.These were very dirty, so I soaked them four times in oxy-clean and hung them to dry.The canvas is still in ...very good condition.There are a couple of spots of damage, like a small tear on the backside, and in the crotch, which are shown in the photos.For the age, and use, these are in fantastic condition. Still have the Spalding label on the insidewaistband.Great for a sports collection!!!
