VINTAGE KENWOOD KT 917 FM Broadcast Monitor complete with rack mount handles. Among the top performing tuners of all time. Buyers unfamiliar with this tuner can find lots of related information about its construction, reception abilities and sonic performance (all favorable) with a simple Google search. Sonic performance is outstanding. If you are fortunate to reside within the broadcast range of a station that transmits simulcast broadcasts you may be astonished at the cla...rity and "you-are-there" presentation of which this legendary tuner is capable.
I am conservatively rating the tuner's overall cosmetic condition as "good" due to some minor scratches and nicks at the top of the faceplate, and small marks at the left and right faceplate edges from previously mounted rack mount handles. I am including the rack mount rails/handles and if you choose to use them they will cover the marks on the left and right edges of the faceplate.Appearance is otherwise excellent. Please look carefully at the photos. The cabinet has been repainted and looks new. All lights, meters and controls work flawlessly. Glass is clear and tuning dial indicator is accurate.
Will include a photocopy of the owner's manual and original copy of the Kenwood KT-917 Service Manual. The tuner will be securely double boxed for shipment.
