Original Description:
This is one of several vintage salt glaze jugs/crock up for bid.  This is a cobalt salt glaze stoneware jug by F.B. Norton & Co, Worcester Mass. It is a 3 gallon jug, with no cracks nor chips.  The 8th & 9th photo show a defect (the brown area is under the glaze-smooth surface)...the brown spots (7th photo) on the top, is also under the glaze. My other two pcs...J.A. Sutherland (STAMP IS UPSIDE DOWN) and W.H. Farrar & Co, Geddes, NY.
