Vintage Tudor/Rolex Princess Oysterdate Ladies Watch
Here we have a beautiful 1970s Rolex/Tudor ladies watch. This watch has a very nice dressed up design and was made to last! This is an authentic Tudor watch with an authentic Rolex case and band. As far as I know this lineup is in accordance with original manufacturing, or how the watch was sold. The watch features a date indicator, a jeweled automatic movement, and a fluted bezel.
This watch seems to wind and run a...s it should. I did monitor the watch for timekeeping over a period of normal wear lasting about 12 hours. In this time the date indicator advanced correctly as well. I would note that the date indicator does not have a quick set feature but this is just how the watch was made. This watch will be listed as is due to its age but it does seem to work properly. (Vintage watches can be unpredictable so servicing/repair may or may not be necessary in the future, and that is why I would like to sell it as is).
As far as cosmetic condition goes this watch looks very good all around, at least in my opinion. The crystal is unfortunately chipped in one spot as pictured, but this does detract from the watch's appearance very much in my view sand this could always be fixed with a crystal replacement. Beyond this the watch shows only light to normal scratching and surface wear around the case, band, and crystal. There does not seem to be a lot of crystal wear aside from the chip and the watch looks quite good from a normal viewing angle in my view. I would note that the case back has some scratching and wear, but this will of course not be visible with wear.
The watch looks excellent overall, and its wear should not be too noticeable. With that being said please be sure to view all photos of the item and judgecondition for yourself as opinions of condition can vary. I did complete research and present this watch to a jeweler to verify authenticity. The movement and case back are pictured in this listing's photos section.
