Original Description:
CROWN VINTAGE FISHING REEL WITH FITTED LEATHER CASE. Purchased new by my great-great uncle in New York City probably close to 100 years ago. It has a layer of oxidation on it because it has never been polished but it has very obviously never been used. Just moving the crank and listening to the sound it makes is somehow satisfying. It even has the original line on it. I have no idea what something like this cost new but the suede-lined case alone is amazing. It needs the strap repaired... but it looks great otherwise. This should really go to someone who appreciates these things, so I’ll start low. Good luck bidding!
