I offer for sale a pair of matching Chinese Celadon Porcelain Vases. The design and overall appearance is strikingly beautiful, yet stately and simple. They measure 7 inches tall, and are decorated in a celadon green on celadon green raised floral design. Both vases are in excellent condition with the exception of a defect in the glaze resulting from the manufacturing process. The glaze does have dark spots in some areas, see my pictures. The glaze defect is under the glaze and can not... be felt to the touch. There is an extremely tiny hairline crack at the neck. The crack is on the inside of the vase and does not go through to the exterior. I do not know the maker of theses vases, as they are unmarked. I can assure you that they are exceptionally well made and make an awesome impression. The flowers featured in the design are lotus type. The bases have a pleated design, the mid section is round with a wave and lotus design, and the neck features a decorative scroll design. Each vase measures 7 inches tall, the mid section measures 16 inches in circumference, the base measures 3.25 inches in diameter and the neck measures 2.75 inches. These are wonderful display pieces, which will enhance any living space with a great sense of style and sophistication. Those who love everything celadon, definitely won't want to miss out on these true beauties.
