This is a beautiful, vintage Taxco sterling silver alligator cuff bracelet that is handmade in Taxco, Mexico.
The inner circumference of the cuff is about 6.75". The opening is about 1.25". It measures about 2.5" by 1.75". The cuff has some bend to accommodate a larger or smaller wrist but best to let a jeweler adjust it because of its intricate workmanship.
The cuff is about 1.75" in width. The alligator is 3-D and measures about 1.75" by 1.75". It is so cool!! The bracelet wei...ghs about 34.2 grams. It has its original patina - a true testament to its age - which its new owner could clean off is desired.
It is stamped Mexico 925 and it was handmade by a Taxco artisan with initials JR, and was purchased in Taxco, Mexico. This is a very rare find and so well-made!
