Please contact me if you have any queries.I show my normal postage and packing terms below butplease email me if you have any queries or special requirements and I willendeavour to accommodate them if this is possible and reasonable.Postand Packing Policy:I use a padded envelope and all items will be wellpacked. I keep postage and packing charges very close to cost price. Pleasenote that Royal Mail increase their postage charges once or twice each year.CustomsLabels:All packages posted to countries outside the UK musthave a customs label displayed on the front. This will show the full value ofthe contents (rounded to the nearest pound). Please do not ask me to show alower value as this is completely illegal and also against eBay’s rules. Pleasenote that a small proportion of packages sent to countries outside the UK areroutinely checked by the destination country's customs authorities. Any customsduties, import levies or postal surcharges that might be applied in your owncountry are entirely your responsibility (see the special EU rules below). Thisapplies to all goods traded throughout the world. Thereare now special rules that apply to exports to the EU and in most cases taxeswill be collected by eBay subject to certain limits. An IOSS number will beshown on the front of the package. This should speed up customs clearance. Thislot will sell over the maximum limit of 150Euros (currently about £120) for this scheme and involve long customs delay in the EU (sometimes for 2 to 3 months) and they would contact you to collectthe import VAT and any other taxes (if they are applicable in your country). If this delay would be a problem to you, unfortunately, I suggest that you do not bid.Itemsposted to UK destinations:For packages over £100 – these must always be postedby “special delivery”.Itemsposted to European Union and Worldwide destinations (outside the UK):For packages over £100 - these must always be sentby "International signed for" delivery which is tracked andregistered with additional compensation up to £250 and sent at my risk.ReturnsPolicy:I operate a returns policy and I will meet myobligations under UK law.  If the itemyou receive is not as described, please contact me so that we can discuss theoptions. Under these circumstances I would accept the return and provide a fullrefund upon safe receipt of the item providing it’s in the same condition aswhen I posted it. I will also pay for the cost of return postage.  This also applies to international packages. Iwill not usually accept returns under other circumstances but we can discussthis if you are unhappy with your purchase.
