VINTAGE JEWISH DOCTOR OPTOMETRIST HEBREW EYE CHART WALL HANGING EYE EXAM, came out of a doctors estate in upstate NY it looks to have some age but I am not sure how old it is.
Comes as shown in good condition.
Measures Approx. - 22'' tall x 10 3/4'' wideYou will notice, there are many small spots on both the front and back, due to age.Eye Chart has a brass ring whe...re you hang it.Material of chart looks like a piece of poster board / cardboard.Please see pictures for details.
