Because this was given to us second-hand in the mid-'70s for my son and the box is all in Japanese I've had to try and look the toy up to describe it and the closest I've seen is one called 'Super Mars King' - Rotate O Matic, please forgive me if that's incorrect, but there seem to be endless variations + colourways for these robots !The box is original + printed in Japanese except for the 'S H' trademark + 'Made in Japan' on the lower front corner + 'S H-1000-1050' along one sid...e edge and is bit battered + scuffed. The robot is all metal except the dial array at his waist, the 'guns' in his chest and the switch and battery compartment clip at the back. He's 12" tall, black-bodied with red boots and red perforated 'eyes'. It did work when my son had it to play with but it finished up in the shed with the batteries still in it alas, so was ruined and bit rusted ( the 'ears' particularly so) by the time re-found + relegated to the loft.
