Welcome! You are bidding on a 1998 Hasbro--Small Soldiers movie--Battle Changing Kip Killigan figure. He is used, but is still in great condition. His shoulders will not snap back and stay. The tabs are there, just won't hold his arms together. It looks like some of the tab is broke off in the back hole, blocking it from sticking together.
