Original Description:
Vintage 50s Bell 500-TX Motorcycle Auto Racing Toptex Helmet. The original decals are missing. I included photos from Rin Tanaka’s book”The Motorcycle Helmet” to show documentation that it is a Bell 500-TX. The helmet is crazed and has surface cracks. The rubber edge has a tear. The leather is good and supple. The only reference I can find to the PCA decal is Porsche Club of America, but I’m not sure that’s what it pertains to. No size is marked in this helmet.
